Vintage French Silver Child of Mary Medal, Our Lady of Grace Medal

This is a wonderful, vintage, french, silver Our Lady of Grace, Child of Mary medal. (Not the miraculous medal as the miraculous medal is oval and also has stars on the reverese side).
The medal has the french silver hallmark (on the top back of the loop) indicating a silver fineness of at least 800 or 80% silver.
On the front of the medal it reads (as does the miraculous medal): O Mary, conceived without sin, Pray for Us who have recourse to Thee.
On the back it reads: Association of the Children of Mary.
The large medal measures about 1 1/4" in length including its loop (but not including its attach ring).
