This is a very beautiful, vintage (or antique), french silver and gold Holy Communion medal.

Has the french silver hallmark at the bottom of the loop, indicating a silver fineness of at least 800 or 80% silver.

Larger size - It measures about 1 3/8" in length including its loop (but not including the attach ring).
