This french silver medal of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Our Lady of Grace) is suspended from a vintage, french silver (with french silver hallmark) chain (heavier chain).
The vintage silver chain measures near 20 inches in length.
The medal has the french silver hallmark indicating a silver content of at least 800 or 80% silver.
Medal dated 1924.
The medal measures about 1 1/8" in length including its loop (but not including the attach ring).
The vintage blue glass and silver pendant is french.
NOTE: As with many of these old french silver chains, you may need to guide (with your fingertip) the little "prong" into the spring ring clasp. Some of these old clasps don't have the same "spring" as new ones.
