Virgin Mary Necklace - Vintage French Silver, Marcasite and Blue Enamel Medal

This is a lovely and stunning, vintage, french, blue enamel, marcasite and silver medal of the Virgin Mary as Our Lady of Lourdes.

The medal has the french silver hallmark indicating a silver fineness of at least 800 or 80% silver.

The medal (larger size) measures about 1 1/8" in diameter.

NOTE:  A small area on the reverse side where a little piece of blue enamel is missing.

The chain is new, oxidized "reverse rope" and a heavier chain to go nicely with the medal. The length of the chain is about 20 inches in length.
