It measures about 3/4" in length including its loop, (but not the attach ring).
Has the french silver hallmark which indicates a silver fineness of at least 800 or 80% silver.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help is the title given by Pope Pius IX. The icon of Our Lady of Perpetual Help dates to the 15th Century. The angel on the left side is the Archangel Michael who is carrying the lance and sponge of the crucifixion of Jesus. The angel on the right is the Archangel Gabriel who holds the 3-bar cross and nails.
