Vintage French Blue Enamel Miraculous Medal

This is a lovely, vintage french, blue enamel miraculous medal. 

It measures about 7/8" in length including its loop (but not including its attach ring). 

It has a hallmark so I believe it is gold over silver or brass.

Comes in a gift box.
