This pretty little case likely held a small rosary at one time.
It is gilded metal with glass stones and a painted glass cabochon of Saint Therese (paint on the underside of the cabochon).
Gilded metal with darkening wear on the gold finish. Some age dings.
Measures about 1 5/8" (W) x 1 1/8" (L) x 3/8" (H).
