This is a very beautiful and large, vintage, french, silver medal of Our lady of Lourdes
It has the french silver hallmark indicating a silver fineness of at least 800 or 80% silver.
The engraving of initials on the back makes me think it might be Art Nouveau/Art Deco era.
Larger size - It measures over 1 1/4" in diameter.
Note the cherubs in the decorative edging.
Comes in a gift box.
