This is a very beautiful, vintage/antique, french silver and gold Holy Communion medal
Has the french silver hallmark (boar's head on left side of loop), indicating a silver fineness of at least 800 or 80% silver. The diamond shape mark is a Maker's mark.
Larger size - It measures between 1 3/8" and 1 1/2" in length including its loop (but not including the length of the attach ring).
Heirloom type medal.
Comes in a gift box.
