This is a very beautiful, vintage/antique, french silver and gold Our Lady of Grace medal.

Has the french silver hallmark, indicating a silver fineness of at least 800 or 80% silver.

Larger size - It measures about 1 1/4" in length including its loop (but not including the attach ring).
